• How do I know I’m purchasing something unique?
All Tina Tela designs are handmade, so you can rest assured you are purchasing a garment that is one of a kind. In the rare event that two people should place orders for the same product at about the same time, prior to the prompt deletion from our inventory database—the first purchaser order will be honored, the second purchaser will be contacted and offered a refund or the next available garment.

Purchase or payment

• What kind of payment options do you accept?
Tina Tela accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discovery, American Express and debit cards through Pay Pal. You will automatically be directed to
Pay Pal when you click the purchase button. If you don’t want to use Pay Pal, I can take Visa or MasterCard by phone.

Exchanges or Returns

• What if I’m not satisfied with my Tina Tela design?
If for any reason you are not happy with your chosen item, you may return it within seven days for a full refund, or for another item of equal or lesser value. You may contact Tina Tela email at cristina@tinatela.com or by phone at 415-305-1519. Returned items must be in their original condition. Shipping fees will not be reimbursed.

Shipping

• What if I live outside of the United States?
Tina Tela ships globally. All purchases in the USA will be mailed using U.S. postal service, no later than three business days after your order has been received. Global purchases will be shipped via FedEx.

• Will Tina Tela share my information with outside sources?

Tina Tela respects your privacy. All personal information will be kept private and be used strictly for shipping and billing purposes. Your information will not be distributed to any third party.
